The Monocle is one of those 3rd rank villains that you dont see that much. he had a small visual cameo on the JLU series and I thought it would be cool to actually add him to my custom collection since he was on the show. the recipe for this one was simple to me since I created the casted parts and the torso of Dr Midnight came just in time for me to replicate. The arms are of Boomerang, booted medium legs, Martian Manhunter cape and torso is a casted Dr Midnight and sanded the details off.  I had left the buckle on my created master of the torso and and filled in the cape holes and then molded to be able to cast a generic use  of the torso. The head was a mash-up i created and molded in order to duplicate. it was made using the head of Ras al Ghul from the nose up and the mouth/chin was from a JLU Apache Chief in order to create a protruding chin. the mustache was sculpted on, hairs sanded a little and rebuilt the neck. double sanded to smooth out the meshed together parts and punched out a piece of styrene for the monocle eye glass.

The parts were all fixed by filling and sanding. used the screws and spacers for articulation of the arms and head which will secure the parts without falling out and keeps it articulation. the legs were glued on since there would be no movement anyway because of the tunic.
